2. Tour Bookings

Your booking will be considered confirmed only after the required details have been received and the booking has been confirmed by India Golden Trip.

Unless specifically stated, services not mentioned in the confirmed package are not included in the tour price.

4. Payment

5. Hotel Accommodation

Hotel rooms are subject to availability and may be replaced with a similar-category property when necessary.

Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective hotel.

Any additional hotel expenses, including room service, laundry, minibar, telephone calls or other personal expenses, are generally the responsibility of the traveler unless specifically included in the package.

6. Transportation

Transportation will be provided according to the vehicle and service selected during booking.

Pickup and drop-off locations should be provided accurately at the time of booking.

Travelers are expected to follow reasonable instructions from the driver and comply with applicable transportation and safety requirements.

Vehicle availability may be subject to local traffic conditions, road restrictions, weather and other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Sightseeing and Monument Tickets

Monument entrance fees, activity tickets and other admission charges are included only when specifically mentioned in the selected package.

Opening hours, entry rules, ticket availability and visiting procedures are determined by the respective authorities and may change without prior notice.

India Golden Trip is not responsible for changes made by government authorities, monument authorities or other third-party service providers.

8. Tour Itinerary

The itinerary provided on our website is intended as a general description of the tour.

The order of sightseeing may be changed when necessary due to traffic, weather, local conditions, monument timings, public holidays, special events or other operational requirements.

Any changes will be made with the intention of providing the best possible travel experience while maintaining the major services included in the confirmed itinerary.

12. Personal Belongings

Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.

India Golden Trip and its service providers are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless such responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

We recommend keeping important documents, valuables and electronic devices secure during your journey.

13. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Travel arrangements can be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
